Who are we?
We have been continuing our practices as a Yoga and Pilates Studio since 2017. The basis of our studio is to integrate physical presence with an emotional and spiritual journey. By combining body, breath, movement and meditative awareness, we realize that all these elements are interconnected for personal health and happiness. As YOGA & PILATES, we support everyone to become aware of their own actions and life process by using our comprehensive knowledge of the human body and mind.
